Finger Lakes and Southern Tier

Aurora, Ithaca and Watkins Glen

Spend a few days on the shores of Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. Aurora is home to charming shops selling locally produced art and food, as well as lots of history thanks to nearby Wells College. In Ithaca, take in waterfalls and visit the farmers’ market. As you drive from Ithaca to Watkins Glen and back to Buffalo, stop at a few of Seneca Lake’s many wineries.

Ellicottville

Just a short drive from Buffalo, this small town feels worlds away, nestled among the Alleghany Mountains.
